1. Booking Notes
Automatically synchronized with your Property Management System (PMS).
Specific notes added in the PMS will appear in Sweeply.
Visibility depends on user permissions — if you don’t see booking notes, check your user settings.
2. Daily Comments
Used for quick, day-to-day communication between supervisors/front desk and housekeepers.
Visible only for the current day, ideal for short reminders or updates.
Automatically appear in the housekeeping mobile app.
3. Unit Notes
Stay visible until deleted.
Perfect for ongoing or permanent information about a specific room (e.g., “Baby crib always in this unit”).
4. Priority Rooms
Mark a room as high priority by clicking Set as priority in the top-left corner.
Highlighted rooms appear at the top of the housekeeper’s task list, ensuring they’re handled first.
5. Comments Overview
Access all notes and comments from the Housekeeping Overview (top-right corner).
Displays a summary of:
Daily comments
Booking notes
Unit notes
Extra services (availability depends on your PMS connection).
