1. Open the Camera in Sweeply

While you’re cleaning a room, tap the camera button at the bottom of the screen to open Sweeply’s camera

2. Take a Photo

Take a photo of the issue — for example, a broken lamp, a stain on the carpet, or something left behind by a guest. This way, your supervisor or the maintenance team can immediately see what the problem is.

3. Categorize the Issue

In the bottom right corner, tap the hashtag icon. Here you can categorize the issue, for example:

  • Maintenance – if something needs to be fixed.

  • Lost & Found – if a guest left an item behind.

4. Submit and Continue Cleaning

After taking a photo, selecting the category, and reporting the issue with the red plus button in the bottom right corner, the issue is instantly logged in Sweeply. The responsible person will see it right away, and you can continue cleaning the room.
