How to change the Room Status in Sweeply

At the top of the screen, tap the color icon.

From the list of cleaning statuses, select Do Not Disturb.

1. Open the room in the Sweeply app.
2. At the top of the screen, tap the color icon.
3. From the list of cleaning statuses, select Do Not Disturb.

That’s it — the room will now show as DND, and your supervisor will immediately see the update in the Housekeeping overview.

Sometimes, when you go to clean a stayover room, you may find a Do Not Disturb (DND) sign on the door. In this case, you shouldn’t enter the room, but you still need to update the status in Sweeply so everything stays accurate.
