Sweeply provides a range of user roles to ensure the right level of access and functionality for every team member. Below is a summary of each role and the permissions associated with it:

🔐 Admin

  • Has full access to all features in Sweeply

  • Can manage Settings and Reports

This role is ideal for Owners, General Managers, or IT Administrators.

🧰 House Manager

  • Access to all features except Settings

  • Can view and export Reports

The House Manager Role is suitable for operational supervisors or department heads.

👤 User

  • Has access to:

    • Houskeeping overview

    • Taskboard

    • Issues

    • My Tasks

    • Camera

  • Does not have access to Reports and Settings

The User Role is appropriate for general staff needing core functionality

🧹 Senior Housekeeper

  • Has access to:

    • Housekeeping overview

    • Taskboard

    • Issues

    • My Tasks

    • Camera

  • Does not have access to:

  • Settings and Reports

  • Can not assign Tasks

  • Can not complete the room Inspections by pressing "stop"

The Senior Housekeeper Role is useful for the Housekeepers with an additional overview of all the units in the property.

🧽 Housekeeper

  • Has access to

    • Taskboard

    • Issues

    • My tasks

    • Camera

  • Do not have access to:

  • Settings and Reports

  • Can not assign tasks

  • Can not complete the room Inspections by pressing "stop"

  • Housekeeping Overview

The Housekeeper Role is perfect for cleaning staff focused on assigned duties only.
