Sweeply makes it simple for housekeeping to report issues on the go, and gives managers an overview of everything reported. Reporting issues as soon as they're spotted greatly reduces the time it takes to resolve them.
If you come across an issue while cleaning, take a photo and attach it to the unit — just open the unit on your phone and launch the camera from within Sweeply. The issue is then linked to that unit, so it's easy to locate and address later.
Creating an issue on your phone:
Launch the camera inside the Sweeply app and take a photo of the issue.
Add a category and a short description so it's easy to classify and find.
The issue is now visible on both your phone and the web app under Issues.
Managing issues
You can also assign issues to users and create and manage them from the web app, making it easy for managers to track reported issues through to resolution.
