Our system simplifies the process for Housekeeping to report any issues and provides an overview for managers of all reported Issues. Reporting issues as soon as they are identified significantly reduces the time required to resolve them.

If you come across an issue while cleaning a unit in Sweeply, you can take a photo of the issue and attach it to that specific unit. You only need to open the unit on your phone and launch the camera from within Sweeply. This way, the issue will be linked to the unit and easier to locate and address later.

Creating an issue on your mobile:

  1. Launch the camera within the Sweeply app and capture a photo of the issue you are facing.

  2. When capturing a photo, add descriptive hashtags and descriptions that can help you classify and organize it easily.

  3. You can now access it on your phone and PC under "Issues."

Additional features

Our Pro subscription takes it even further and enables you to Assign issues to users and Create and manage the issues on your PC, making it easy for managers to track the reported issues and ensure they are resolved.
