Managing Users

Create new user

Sweeply allows you to create as many users as you like without charging anything extra.

You can start inviting your teammates by navigating to 'Settings' and pressing 'Users'.

Create user

To create a new user, you can click the 'New user' button in the top right corner.

Fill in the information in the form, and the only required fields are the name and the phone number.

  • Name

    • The name of the user.

  • Country

    • The country code for the user's phone number

  • Phone number

    • The user's mobile phone number

  • Email

    • Not required, but it can be helpful if the user has issues with logging in.

  • Admin

    • Check this if you want the user to manage the account, users, areas, and rules.

  • Show booking notes

    • We import notes from your PMS's bookings and display them as booking notes in Sweeply. If you don't want your staff members to see this information, this box should be left unchecked.

  • Area groups

    • Specify which area groups you want this user to be part of.

  • Subscribe to hashtags

    • By subscribing to a hashtag, the user will receive push notifications whenever an issue with the hashtag is created.

  • Assign subscribed Issues

    • When an issue with the selected hashtags is created, this user will get those issues automatically assigned to him.

Once you have finished, you can press save, and we will send an invitation to your teammate's phone number via text message. The text message will include a link to the app store to download the Sweeply app.

He can then proceed to sign in with his phone number.

Edit users

You can always edit the existing users on the same page by clicking the user's name in the list of users.
