Ready to sign up for Sweeply? Here is all the information you need to set up your Sweeply Account.
1. Enable Sweeply integration in Beds24
To properly set up your account, you must set up a connection with your PMS partner. First of you must start by logging in to your Beds24 PMS system.
Locate Sweeply in the list of Apps & Integrations
You can find Sweeply under Settings -> Apps & Integrations -> Sweeply.
Click on Sweeply, and we will present you with the following screen allowing you to enable the rooms you would like to sync with Sweeply.
Enabling the room types
Enable the room types you would like to sync with Sweeply
Save the rooms you would like to sync
Press Start Free Account
Do you have more than one property?
If you have more than one property, you can enable them by clicking the Property dropdown above the room mapping section. Just make sure you save your changes before selecting a new property.
2. Start your free account
Once you are ready and have selected all the properties and room types you want to sync, you can press the "Start Free Account" button shown.
Now you will be redirected to the Sweeply website.
Set up your account
You are now in the progress of creating an account in Sweeply. Fill in the fields accordingly.
Account name
The name of the Hotel or Organisation that owns the account
Account Owner
Your name as the person creating the account
Email
Your email
Phone number
Your mobile phone number (will be used to send you a verification code through text message).
Once you have filled in all the information, press "Create account"
Syncing information to Sweeply
We have created your account and will start syncing rooms and booking to your account.
Once syncing is done, a button will appear at the bottom that says, "Take me to my rooms", sending you to the Housekeeping dashboard.
That's it. Now you are up and running and can start using Sweeply.
