If your property runs an opt-in (optional) housekeeping policy, the Optional housekeeping report shows which rooms declined service over a period, so you can see uptake at a glance. Open it from the sidebar: Reports → Optional housekeeping.

A view of rooms and dates where the guest chose no service versus days housekeeping was requested, across the date range you select. It's a quick way to monitor how many rooms are opting out and when.
