Search Bar

You’ll find the search bar at the top of the overview.

Use it to search by:

  • Room number or unit name

  • Group name

  • Assigned person

👉 Tip: This is the fastest way to locate a specific room or person when managing multiple units.

Filter by Assigned Person

To view all rooms assigned to one person:

  1. Click the initial circle on any room.

  2. Sweeply will display only the rooms assigned to that team member.

Use this filter to review or rebalance workloads easily.

Housekeeping Status Filter

Located on the right side of the screen, this filter allows you to show rooms by their housekeeping status.

Available options:

  • Clean

  • Unclean

  • Preparing inspection

  • Out of service

  • and many more!

Use it to focus on rooms that require attention right now.

Occupancy Filter

Next to the status filter, you’ll find the occupancy filter.

You can display:

  • Occupied rooms

  • Vacant rooms

  • Stayovers

  • Check-ins and check-outs

  • and many more!

This filter is especially helpful for daily planning, balancing work between stayovers and departures.
