This guide shows you how to open the Task Report and filter it so it shows housekeeping tasks only.
1. Open the report
In the left sidebar, click Reports (the chart icon).
Click Tasks in the sub-menu.
You'll land on the Task report page.
2. Choose your date range
At the top of the report, pick the period you want:
Use a quick preset: Today, Yesterday, This week, Next week, This month, or Last month.
Or click the date field to open the calendar and choose a custom start and end date.
The report updates automatically when you change the range.
3. Filter to housekeeping tasks only
Find the Type filter (a dropdown that starts on All Types).
Click it and select Housekeeping.
The report now shows housekeeping tasks only — general tasks and issues are excluded.
4. Export to Excel (optional)
With the Housekeeping filter applied, click Export to Excel in the top-right toolbar to download the filtered report as an .xlsx file.
