Sweeply's Reports give managers a view of cleaning activity, upcoming workload, issues, and optional-housekeeping uptake. You'll find them in the left sidebar under Reports (the chart icon).
Who can see Reports
Reports are available to Admins and House Managers. Standard users and housekeepers don't see the Reports section.
Available reports
Tasks — cleaning and task activity per team member over a period.
Issues — an overview dashboard of reported issues.
Workload — the upcoming task load per day, for planning.
Optional housekeeping — rooms that declined service, for properties using an opt-in policy.
You may also see a Minibar report (if the Minibar feature is enabled) and any custom reports set up for your organization.
Common controls
Date range — every report has a date-range picker with quick presets (Today, This week, This month, and more).
Export to Excel — the Tasks and Workload reports can be exported to an
.xlsxfile.
