Guest Connect is a powerful yet easy-to-use tool within Sweeply that lets your guests manage their stay on their own terms. It’s all done through a simple satisfaction page — no app required.

Whether guests want to skip today’s housekeeping, request fresh towels, or report something that needs fixing, Guest Connect makes it quick and effortless.

🔗 How Do Guests Access It?

Guests can open Guest Connect through a secure web link — no installation needed. The link can be:

• Sent via email or SMS before or during the stay

• Printed and displayed as a QR code in the room

• Shared through your front desk or guest welcome materials

After a quick authorization using their room number, last name, and check-in date, guests gain access to the Guest Connect page. From there, they can quickly request a room cleaning or choose to skip it if they prefer more privacy.

If your property has those options turned on, guests can also ask for extra items like towels or coffee pods, and report maintenance issues — all without needing to call or visit the front desk.
