What are checklists?
Checklists help your team ensure tasks are completed consistently and thoroughly. You can list specific cleaning steps like:
Mop the floor
Clean the bathroom
Change sheets
Empty trash
Restock supplies
📌 Where can you use checklists?
Checklists can be added to all rules in Sweeply except for the Inspection rule.
🧼 Example: Checkout cleaning checklist
For checkout cleaning, you might create a checklist that includes:
Mop the floor
Clean the bathroom
Change bed linens
Empty trash
Restock toiletries
This ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for every guest.
📱 How checklists appear in the app
Once a task is assigned to a staff member, the checklist becomes visible in their Sweeply app.
It becomes active when the staff member starts cleaning by pressing “Play.”
⚠️ Note
Checklists cannot be added to the Inspection rule at this time.
