We make it easy for you to create and edit rules in Sweeply. This ensures the housekeeping status is automatically set according to your operating procedures. You can do this under Settings -> Rules.
You can add, edit, or delete Rules as necessary. The default rules are to clean on checkout, and stayover cleaning will be done daily. However, your rules may differ. For example, you might always change the sheets on the 4th day and would like to create a rule for that. Additionally, some hoteliers would enjoy all rooms inspected after cleaning and add it as a rule.
Rules based on bookings - examples
You can also create rules for units that are not linked to bookings. These could, for example, be the lobby, hallways, garden, or parking lot. You can then create rules for cleaning the lobby every day or watering the flowers every 7 days and ensure every unit is remembered.
