Hashtags in Sweeply help categorize issues efficiently, making it easier for housekeepers to report them and also for managers to track them. Follow these steps to create and manage hashtags:
Creating a New Hashtag
Navigate to Settings > Account > Issue Categories.
In the provided field, enter the name of the new hashtag.
Click Save to add the hashtag to your list.
Deleting a Hashtag
Go to Settings > Account > Issue Categories.
Find the hashtag you want to remove.
Click the X next to its name to delete it.
Where Are These Hashtags Used?
Once created, the list of hashtags will be displayed to housekeepers when they report issues, ensuring consistency and easy categorization.
