Data sharing between Sweeply and Apaleo
Rooms from Apaleo are synced to Sweeply to help with your initial setup. Furthermore, Sweeply will detect any changes and correctly reflect rooms in Apaleo in Sweeply
Sweeply will read reservations from Apaleo so that you can see room occupancy, which Sweeply uses to calculate the tasks needed to be performed based on the SOPs defined
When updating the status of a room in Sweeply, either manually or by completing tasks statuses will be updated in Apaleo
How to create a Sweeply account
You can signup for our basic version in a matter of minutes.
Locate the Sweeply app in the Apaleo Store
Click ‘connect to Apaleo’
Fill in the details required in the form in Sweeply’s signup wizard
Confirm permissions required for Sweeply to connect to your Apaleo account
Wait for the setup process to finish fetching the initial batch of data
Click the ‘Take me to my rooms’ button

Sweeply pricing
The Sweeply Basic version is free. Sweeply Pro is available for trial for 30 days. After that, the price starts at 2.99 euros per room per month. Discount is calculated based on the number of rooms.
How to disconnect Sweeply
To stop using Sweeply, you can cancel your subscription and disconnect the app in Apaleo from the Connected Apps section.
