The Tasks report shows how much cleaning and task work each team member completed over a period. Open it from the sidebar: Reports → Tasks.
What it shows
A row per team member with, depending on the period you pick:
Units cleaned, average time, and total credits.
For a single day: also start, end, paused, active time, idle time, and total time.
Below the table, a Summary by task type breaks the work into Housekeeping, General tasks, and Issues, with counts per task. You can expand a person's row to see the detail.
("Total credits" reflects each task's cleaning effort — see the Credits article for what credits are.)
Choose a date range
Use a preset (Today, Yesterday, This week, Next week, This month, Last month) or click the date field for a custom range. The report updates automatically.
Filter by task type or name
Use the Type filter (starts on All Types) to narrow to Housekeeping, General, or Issues — for example, select Housekeeping to see housekeeping tasks only. You can also filter by task name.
Export to Excel
Click Export to Excel in the top-right toolbar to download the current view as an .xlsx file.
Tip: to get a report of housekeeping tasks only, set the Type filter to Housekeeping before exporting.
