At Sweeply, we’re constantly enhancing how teams manage their daily tasks. The Credits system introduces greater flexibility, accuracy, and fairness to housekeeping workflows.
With Credits, you can assign a numeric value to each rule, representing the complexity, time, or effort required to complete a task. This enables a more balanced and transparent way to manage and distribute team workloads.
🔧 How It Works
A new "Credits" field has been added to the rule setup form across the Sweeply App.
When creating or editing a rule, you can now input a credit value, which will reflect the time, effort, or complexity of the given task.
After assigning the Task (for example, two check-out cleanings were assigned to H1O), the Credits are visible in Team Workload View, showing credit totals per person and area. Calculated automatically, tasks are assigned, giving you real-time insight into workload distribution.
