Your organization's account settings live on the web app under Settings → Account. For most customers this is the General tab.
General
The General tab has two settings:
Name — your organization's name.
Housekeeping Preferences → Hide housekeeping timer — when checked, the Start/Stop cleaning timer is hidden for your team. Leave it unchecked if you want housekeepers to time their cleans.
Make your changes and click Save.
Other tabs
Depending on your setup, you may also see additional tabs under Account:
Guest Page — configure what guests can do on their guest page (service requests, maintenance reporting, and more). See the Guest Connect articles for details.
Products — appears when your PMS integration provides products.
API Keys — available on accounts where API access is enabled.
If you don't see a tab, it isn't enabled for your account.
