Room Cleaning Workflow: From Clean to Inspection

Open the My Tasks tab to view all rooms assigned to you for today. You can find the My Tasks tab in the bottom bar, marked with a checkmark icon.

Press Play when you start to clean – the room status changes to Preparing (yellow), showing that the room is being cleaned.

Once cleaning is complete, press Stop – the room status changes to Inspection (brown).

Supervisors instantly see this update in the Housekeeping overview, ensuring real-time visibility across the property. 

1. Open the My Tasks tab to view all rooms assigned to you for today. You can find the My Tasks tab in the bottom bar, marked with a checkmark icon.
2. Tap the room you want to clean.
3. Press Play when you start to clean – the room status changes to Preparing (yellow), showing that the room is being cleaned.
4. Once cleaning is complete, press Stop – the room status changes to Inspection (brown).
5. Supervisors instantly see this update in the Housekeeping overview, ensuring real-time visibility across the property.
