Colors and Icons explained

Sweeply uses a simple system of colors and icons to help you understand the status of every room at a glance.

The Quick Guide provides an overview of what each color and icon represents, making it easier to navigate and use the product.

Room Colors

  • Purple – Waiting for checkout

    The guest hasn’t checked out yet. Cleaning can only begin once the checkout is completed.

  • Red – 100% unclean

    The room needs a full cleaning.

  • Pink – 50% or 80% unclean

    The guest is in-house and the room is partially unclean and requires attention.

  • Green – Clean

    The room is ready and marked as clean.

  • Brown – Inspection

    The room is waiting for an inspection.

  • Blue – Do not disturb

    The guest has set a DND status. The room should not be cleaned until this changes.

  • Yellow – Preparing

    A housekeeper has started cleaning the room (Play button pressed).

  • Gray – Out of service

    The room is temporarily unavailable (e.g., for repairs).

  • Turquoise – No service

    The room does not require service today.
