Sweeply lets you organize units by location — group rooms by floor, building, or any other category that makes sense for your property. Groups make it easy to see where each room is and to organize cleaning more efficiently.
Create unit groups
To group units:
Go to Settings → Units and select the units you want to group. Enter a name for the group in the field provided and click Save. The units are now grouped together, and the group appears under Housekeeping.
Rename a unit group
To change a group's name:
1. Go to Settings → Units.
2. Select the unit group you want to rename from the Group section.
3. Tick the checkbox next to each unit in the group to select them.
4. Enter the new group name in the "Enter group" field.
5. Click Save.
The group name is updated, making your units easier to manage and track.
