Sweeply uses passwordless sign-in. You log in with your phone number and confirm with a one-time verification code — there's no password to remember.
Sign in with phone
Choose Phone on the login page.
Enter your mobile number, including the country code.
Enter the code sent to you by SMS.
Sign in with email as a second way to access Sweeply
Go to your Sweeply login page and choose Email.
Enter the email address your account was created with.
Password can be obtained from the Admin -> Go to settings -> Users and press "Reset password button"
Sign in with a magic link on phone app
If you'd rather not type a code, you can use a magic link instead. On the email login step choose Use magic link to login, and Sweeply sends a link straight to your inbox.
Enter your email and select Use magic link to login.
You'll see confirmation that a link has been sent to your email address.
Open the email and click the magic link — it signs you in automatically, no code needed.
Tip: open the magic link on the same device you want to use Sweeply on, and use the most recent link if you requested more than one.
Trouble signing in?
Make sure you're using the exact email or phone number your account was set up with.
If you don't receive a code or magic link, wait a moment and request a new one, and check your spam folder.
