OOO synchronization between Opera and Sweeply

It’s now two-way and more robust.

This is how it works:

  • When a room is set to OOO/OOS in Opera, the status is automatically synced to Sweeply.

  • In Sweeply, the room will appear grey and marked as OOS.

When the front desk completes the OOO in Opera, the return value will determine the room status in Sweeply.

Return values and outcomes:

  • Inspected → Room is set to Clean (green) in Sweeply (no cleaning needed)

  • Clean → Room is set to Inspection (brown) in Sweeply (room needs to be checked)

  • Dirty → Room is set to Dirty (red) in Sweeply (full cleaning needed)

  • Pick-Up → Room is set to Dirty (red) in Sweeply

This ensures room statuses are aligned between Opera and Sweeply.
