Sync between Sweeply and your PMS

Sweeply syncs with your Property Management System (PMS) to keep room statuses, reservations, and housekeeping up to date in real time. Sweeply checks for booking updates roughly every five minutes, so reservation data stays accurate.

When a room is marked clean in Sweeply, that status is also written back to your PMS (for supported systems), so your front desk instantly knows the room is ready.

Having issues with the sync?

If the connection or data sync between Sweeply and your PMS isn't behaving as expected, contact our Customer Support team.

What to include so we can investigate

To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

  • The room numbers affected.

  • The reservation IDs related to the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

If you can, add any history of edits or updates to the bookings, with timestamps — it helps us spot anomalies during synchronization.
