Introducing Area notes, a way to add a sticky note to the area. A new filter for Area groups is available in the Housekeeping dashboard, making navigation easier when there are many areas. Significant performance improvements to the app will result in a faster and smoother experience for users, especially on old devices. All new features in version #1.59 are listed in more detail below.

1. Area notes: As a user, if you go into Housekeeping detail, you will now see a new section called Area notes (can only be updated from the web app). Also, when you are in the Housekeeping dashboard and press the Daily comments summary button, you will see a new button for Area notes which when pressed will display a summary for all areas with area notes.

2. Area groups filter: Area groups filter: As a user, you can now press the filter button in the Housekeeping dashboard and see a new filter for Area groups.

3. Housekeeping detail overhaul with real-time updates: As a user, you can now press an area in the Housekeeping dashboard, and you will see a new better design for area information. Now, when two or more users have the same area open, it will be updated in real-time for everyone.

4. Major performance improvements: As a user, you will now experience a smoother and more responsive UI, especially when using an older device.

5. Bugfix for Issues: As a user, you would see all issues even though you were only meant to see your area groups, but not anymore.

6. Bugfix for Housekeeping dashboard: As a user, you would sometimes see wrong information on the dashboard after closing the app and opening it again on a new day, but not anymore.

7. Add Area notes: As a user, you can now open an area in the Housekeeping dashboard and add an Area note to the area.
