Introducing daily comments for rooms. A daily comment is a way to communicate special needs for a room on a particular day. A daily comment is different from the booking note because you can create a new comment every day and be more specific in instructions to the housekeeping staff. Whereas the booking note will be the same whether the booking duration is for 2 days, a week or a month. All new features in version #1.03 are listed in more detail below.

Mobile App

1. Daily comments: As a user, you will now see a new kind of icon on the rooms (and areas), both in the Housekeeping dashboard and My Tasks, the D-icon. The D-icon will show up on a room whenever a daily comment has been added. Also, you can get an overview of all daily comments by pressing D-icon with the gray background at the top of the screen.

2. Workload visible in the Housekeeping dashboard: As a user, you will now see the workload for all area groups in the Housekeeping dashboard.

3. Android login fix: Some users would get stuck on the verification screen when they were login in, this is now fixed.

Web App

4. Daily comments: As a user, you can now open up rooms or areas in the Housekeeping dashboard and add daily comments. You can also time travel and add daily comments in the future.

5. Simpler assigning: As a user, you can now click the 'Assign tasks' button and see more options in the action bar at the bottom of the screen. Now you will see 'Same as last' button which is a shortcut to assigning the same user as you assigned last. Also, a 'Select all' button has been added.

6. Workload visible in the Housekeeping dashboard: As a user, you will now see the workload for all area groups in the Housekeeping dashboard.

7. New version banner: As a user, you will now stop getting an alert window when a new version is available. Instead, a banner informing about the new version will show up at the top of the screen.
