The first version to support multiple customers is now available and ready for sale! This version contains an holistic approach to issue capturing- and management. Affected are both the mobile- and web app. Version #0.37 includes the features listed below.
Mobile App
Comments and change history: Tap on an issue and add comments to it, also you can see who, how and when an issue was changed.
New issue types: Capture a new issue and choose your issue type which can be: a) maintenance, b) purchase, c) lost & found, d) damage, e) inspection and f) project.
Absolute search: Now you can add "quotes" around your search text and you will only see issues with the exact search text.
Types search filters: Tap on the issue type button and see issues with the new issue types, also you can now view your issues and all issues regardless of their type.
All statuses search filters: Now you can tap on the status button and see issues with all statuses.
Various UI enhancements and bugs: Fixed an Android bug where sometimes users would have to close the app after first login to get in.
Web App
New issue: Under Issues click New Issue and create a text issue of the type you prefer.

More user info: As admin you can now goto Users and see a) when a user last opened the app, b) how many issues he has created and c) what kind of phone he is using.
Android Image fix: If an Android user experiences photos no showing correctly you can open open the user and check the Android Image Fix checkbox which will fix the problem.
Remember status of filters: When switching to other places in the web app the filter will have the same settings as when you left it.
Hashtag bar: In issues list you can see all hashtags which have been used to #tag issues orderd by count.
Assign users: Now all users have been added to the list of contacts shown when assigning issues.
Various UI enhancements and bug fixing: When you enter a search term there is no lag any more.
