Connect Beds24 (Godo) to Sweeply to sync your rooms, bookings, and housekeeping automatically. You'll need a Beds24/Godo account with access to generate an API key to set this up.
How to connect Beds24
Go to app.getsweeply.com/signup/beds24/start?bus=beds24.com to start your sign-up. Always use this link — don't start the sign-up from inside Godo/Beds24 itself.
Fill out your details and click Create your account
Enter the verification code sent to your phone.
Click the link on the next screen — it takes you straight to the right place in Godo/Beds24 (Marketplace → API) to generate your API key.
On the "New invite" screen in Beds24:
From the dropdown, select All owned or linked to account.
Make sure every checkbox is selected, as shown below.
Click Generate Invite Code.
Click the clipboard icon to copy the entire API key.
Go back to the Sweeply page from step 4 and paste the API key in. Sweeply starts syncing your rooms and bookings.
🔒 Treat your API key like a password. Anyone with it can access your Beds24 account data — only paste it into the Sweeply page it belongs on.
