Connect your Freetobook account to Sweeply to sync your rooms, bookings, and housekeeping automatically. You'll need a Freetobook account to set this up.
How to connect Freetobook
Log into Freetobook and go to Plus → Housekeeping → Book your demo.
Complete the short onboarding questionnaire that appears.
On the final questions, choose "Yes, book my demo + free trial" and "Show me the calendar."
Pick a date from the calendar to schedule your demo.
Once your demo is scheduled, Freetobook establishes the connection to Sweeply for you.
What syncs from Freetobook
Guest booking notes appear in Sweeply.
Out-of-order (OOO) rooms sync.
Room categories sync — and you can use them when setting up cleaning rules.
