How to Clear Your Browser Cache for Sweeply

If you're experiencing display issues, outdated pages, or unexpected behaviour in Sweeply, clearing the cached data for app.getsweeply.com is a great first troubleshooting step. Follow the instructions below for your browser.


Google Chrome

  1. Open a new tab and go to chrome://settings/content/all.

  2. In the search bar, type app.getsweeply.com.

  3. Click on the site entry, then click Delete (🗑) to clear all stored data.

  4. Refresh Sweeply and try again.


Microsoft Edge

  1. Open a new tab and go to edge://settings/content/all.

  2. In the search bar, type app.getsweeply.com.

  3. Click on the site entry, then click Delete (🗑) to clear all stored data.

  4. Refresh Sweeply and try again.


Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open a new tab and go to about:preferences#privacy.

  2. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data and click Manage Data…

  3. In the search field, type getsweeply.com.

  4. Select the entry and click Remove Selected, then Save Changes.

  5. Refresh Sweeply and try again.


Safari (Mac)

  1. In the top menu bar, click SafariSettingsPrivacy.

  2. Click Manage Website Data…

  3. In the search field, type getsweeply.com.

  4. Select the entry and click Remove, then Done.

  5. Refresh Sweeply and try again.


After clearing the site data, we recommend doing a hard refresh of the Sweeply page:

  • Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + R

  • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
