How to Clear Your Browser Cache for Sweeply

If you're seeing display issues, outdated pages, or unexpected behaviour in Sweeply, clearing the cached data for app.getsweeply.com is a great first troubleshooting step. Follow the steps for your browser.


Google Chrome

  1. Open a new tab and go to chrome://settings/content/all.

  2. Search for app.getsweeply.com.

  3. Click the site entry, then click Delete (🗑) to clear its stored data.

  4. Refresh Sweeply and try again.


Microsoft Edge

  1. Open a new tab and go to edge://settings/content/all.

  2. Search for app.getsweeply.com.

  3. Click the site entry, then click Delete (🗑) to clear its stored data.

  4. Refresh Sweeply and try again.


Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open a new tab and go to about:preferences#privacy.

  2. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Manage Data…

  3. Search for getsweeply.com.

  4. Select the entry, click Remove Selected, then Save Changes.

  5. Refresh Sweeply and try again.


Safari (Mac)

  1. In the menu bar, click Safari → Settings → Privacy.

  2. Click Manage Website Data…

  3. Search for getsweeply.com.

  4. Select the entry, click Remove, then Done.

  5. Refresh Sweeply and try again.


After clearing the site data, do a hard refresh of Sweeply:

  • Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + R

  • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
