Step 1: Verify Your User Role
Make sure your account has the Sub-Master or Master role.
⚠️ The Admin role is not sufficient to generate the API key and will cause connection issues.
If you don’t have the correct permissions, please reach out to your manager — they should have access to generate it.

Step 2: Get a New Invite Code
Start by generating a new invite code using the link provided below.

When creating the new invite:
• From the dropdown, select “All owned by account.”
• Make sure all checkboxes are selected as shown in the provided example.
• Once done, click “Generate Invite Code.”
Step 3: Copy the API Key
Click the clipboard icon to copy the entire API key.
Step 4: Send It to Sweeply
Email the generated API key to support@getsweeply.com so we can upgrade the connection.
Step 5: Confirmation
Once we’ve received the key, we’ll proceed with the migration and notify you as soon as the update is complete.
